Every M2-Kodit customer can place an announcement of willingness to switch homes with another M2-Kodit customer. When you choose this option, do as follows:
1. Take a look at the homes shown below and see if there is a home that interests you. (If there is no announcements shown below, no customer wants to switch homes at the moment. You can check the situation again whenever you want.)
2. When you find a suitable home, contact the customer who has submitted the notice directly and agree about seeing the apartment. Getting to see the apartment is always agreed between customers.
3. When you find a partner for switching homes, send a message about it to: kodit@ysaatio.fi
4. We will process the switching application according to the instructions of the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland. We will also check applicants’ payment and tenancy information and credit history. Any payment default entries will affect on the amount of the security deposit of the new rental apartment.
5. The switch can be done when the prerequisites are fulfilled.
Note! Do not terminate the lease agreement of your current home before the switch arrangements are confirmed. M2-Kodit will not carry out moving inspections in situations where customers switch homes with each other.
