Our residents are protected by AsumisPlus additional insurance
As a resident of M2-Kodit, you are automatically insured with AsumisPlus group accident insurance valid in the area of the property.
AsumisPlus
If, for example, you break your glasses in the yard of your housing association, you can apply for compensation through AsumisPlus insurance. Compensation always comes afterwards.
Even if you have lost or stolen your home key, key security can cover the costs of replacing the lock or opening the door afterwards.
Note that AsumisPlus does not replace home insurance, so you always need your own home insurance in addition!
